About the author:
Kenneth Gordon

I grew up in Milford, NH and enjoyed writing ever since my high school English teacher gave us time to write in our daily journal. I wrote stories based on the game I was playing at the time, “Bard’s Tale” and used to narrate in my mind what was happening as I went to my next class.

I took creative writing in college and had many different assignments including a short story final. After college, I wrote many short stories, even some fan fiction. Had once started another novel. I find inspiration in all kinds of places. Once I get an idea, it is off and running. I live in NH with my wife and two cats. I play PC games, electric and acoustic guitars, drums, sing and hold a brown belt in Kung Fu.

About the author:

Cassandra Barnes

Writing is a creative outlet for me, and I find inspiration everywhere. Although words sometimes flow for me, I usually have to rewrite everything several times before it all comes together to my satisfaction. I alternate between handwritten pages and filling a blank PC screen. My perfectionist ways frequently lead to writer’s block! When that happens, all I can do is take a break. Once the pressure is off, the words I need eventually appear.

I was a Certified Public Accountant in my first career. As a volunteer, I've been a literacy tutor, mentored other writers, and raised money for animal welfare. Other than books, a few of my favorite things are animals, flowers, food, music, metaphysics, and science.

I grew up in a rural Washington town in the fifties. In the 70s, I lived a year in Teheran, and later visited Rome, Athens, Alexandria, and Beijing. Since then I’ve lived on the Oregon coast, in the Arizona deserts, and now make my home on a mountain top in California. I’ve been happy and sad, employed and unemployed, healthy and unwell, married and unmarried, creative and dull. Best of all, I have loved and been loved by good guys and bad boys, and that’s what keeps my world turning.

Her investigation leads her to other murders in Nevada to say nothing of other states including her home state of Wisconsin.
To solve this mystery, Rhonda must dig deep into the history of the ancient Native Americans who left behind the petroglyphs and rock paintings that seem to draw this killer like a magnet.

Ian MacTavish is a loner and finds it easier to stay that way. Because of his “talent,” the constant barrage of other people’s thoughts is exhausting, and relationships are even more troublesome. Using his skill has brought him considerable financial reward, and allowed him to stay uninvolved and unencumbered. New Release When Love Shaped Us by Bob Young

A disloyal Air Corp mechanic, a spy seeking to steal U.S. Army uniforms, POWs, and a grieving father with a shotgun bring WWII into the middle of Chaz and Irene’s budding romance. How they meet these challenges shapes the rest of their lives.

Historical Romance
About the Author:

Bob has been writing his whole career except for the last ten years when he settled into customer service roles for a variety of companies. He answered an inner voice to return to storytelling and begged his way into a writers group. It was there that his short stories were diagnosed as novels waiting to be born.

He is fascinated by the generation just ahead of his own who weren’t old enough to go to war but tried to make contributions at home.

He reports that writing ‘When Love Shaped Us’ has been a very satisfying experience. The extended length has allowed him to describe a small town and the changes that begin to push it into a new era as well as to tell the story of Chaz and Irene.

Bob has written some plays in the past, some of which have been produced in workshop settings. His four children are the prototypes for his action-oriented, adventurous heroes. And his relationship with his wife, Shari, is the deep resource he accesses to describe love between two people in good times and bad.
